Kids Yoga 5 -8 Years Old

Improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, lots of yoga games, breathing and basic anatomy.

Kids Yoga 9 - 12 Years Old

Help build strength and flexibility with more physically challenging postures and flowing sequences. Promote self-confidence, awareness and control. Visualization and breathing exercises are used for overall balance and concentration, which can be applied toward everyday situations. Partner and group poses are emphasized. Age appropriate yoga games are included in every class.

Yoga for Athletes

Yoga for Athletes classes are geared for Athletes (where it’s okay if you can’t touch your toes).Strong, energetic,and challenging, Yoga  combines the best core-strengthening, muscle-toning, cardio-working, stress-reducing, clarity-enhancing yoga postures with functional fitness exercises for an amazing workout which will reduce injuries. You’ll get that pumped-up feeling you get from working out and a deep flexibility and relaxation feeling from “working in.”

Bro Yoga

Men need tools for coping with daily stressors and demand from a mans point of view. Bro Yo creates a community of men where the best core-strengthening, muscle-toning, cardio-working, stress-reducing, clarity-enhancing yoga postures with functional fitness exercises for an amazing workout. Yoga for men increases strength, flexibility, improved balance, and improves body awareness. It also helps with breathing, breathing awareness, and mindfulness. Besides getting rid of stress and increasing flexibility, it may lower the risk of heart disease, depression and high blood pressure. 

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is an adapted form of yoga that makes yoga accessible to everyone. Chair Yoga allows you to modify your yoga practice based on your health, mobility, and your current ability level. Chair Yoga offers a practice that includes seated poses on a chair and standing poses using the chair for balance and support.

Beginner Yoga

Don't be intimidated by yoga. Yoga is for everyone from the youngest and the oldest. As you learn yoga terms and poses calm your mind and strengthen your body at Cage Fitness & Yoga Lounge.

Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga is a vigorous form of yoga performed in a very warm and humid studio. The benefits include sweating out of toxins, strength, flexibility, and mental health. Those with medical problems should consult with physician before engaging in hot yoga. Water breaks are given more in this class.
